Dell Latitude 5490 Touchpad

I have a Dell Latitude 5490 and I can't enable the touchpad. But the mouse cursor moves when I use an external Mouse. Touchpad ==> Setting : I don't see the option to turn the touchpad On or Off. The only option I have is Touchpad sensitivity.
