As for what's causing it to slow down? It could be for any number of reasons - i.e. registry problems, junk files, spyware, virus, installing/uninstalling programs/games, etc etc.
May I suggest you download/install a program called CCleaner.
It'll check your system for junk files and registry errors, and allow you to get rid of them :emotion-5:

There is no website which can repair a computer!
The only way to actually 'repair' the OS, is to do a 'Repair' installation - but you obviously need an OS disc for that.
You can try asking Dell for replacement discs.
