Same problem here (Win10 64-bit on an M4800). Neither the camera nor the microphone are listed in the device manager and no drivers for them are listed on the Dell website. For what it's worth, on my M3800 under Win8.1 64-bit the camera and microphone are listed in the device manager and do work, but the drivers for them aren't listed on the Dell website either. This all may be a not so subtle hint from Dell that it's time to it up and buy all new laptops from them
