'Dell Service Agent' Wireless Loss
Urgent Warning for users with XP and Vista that access wireless.On Friday, Dell sent me message advising me to accept the Dell Service Agent, a superior method of looking after my Dell machine.
It corrupted my profile and it was impossible, for one, to access wireless. A Dell staffer has told me this is a recognized issue. Why do they still send the software out when they know it causes this serious problem!?
This is all particularly nasty of Dell because here in the UK there is no service at the weekend and the US help cannot because they cannot deal with non-US machines
