Dell service center

Question

This program hasn't work right trying to uninstall went to programs and feature clicked on it, it wont remove, try dell chat online they said call dell waited 1 hour nothing went back to chat they said call dell again same runaround anybody know how to get dell service center removed?

What type of error message are you getting when you try to uninstall it

That sounds like the applicatin is already removed. have you looked at that path in windows explorer?

the error message says error 1314. the specified path Profiles\All userApplication Data\Supportsoft/DellSupportCenter\System\Data\is unavailable

I went into safe mode tried removing their same thing, I right clicked on start button went into explore there no luck their either.  I had tried to download the new dell service center on dells site and it said program already on computer cant download.  I am totatlly at a lost and dell sure doesnt seem to want to help me the keep saying no our area try here.
