Dell Support Center Hardware Scan

Hello.

My Hardware Scan for Dell is scheduled to run once a month on the 30th of the month.  It ran once today and then ran twice after that without me prompting.  It is has prompted me at least 6 times to run since that.  Why is this happening and how do I fix this so it only runs one scan and not multiple scans?

If no errors are reported after the scans, uninstall it in Add-remove programs, reboot. You do not need it and when it causes problems, it can and should be uninstalled. If you really want to have it, you can download the latest version from Dell Downloads and reinstall. Download it here--

Dell Support Center Hardware Scan threatens to run every 10 minutes not matter what I schedule and have uninstalled it three times and keeps coming back.  VERY annoying, when you are doing Client work.  Please tell us how to get rid of it.  Even cleaned the regedit.exe....
