Hi Scott, Have you tried updating your Java from HERE. Also check your security settings, making them a medium, you can do that via the control panel.

hi rick,

yeah, i tried to find the uninstaller, but couldn't find it within the folder, so i used the windows uninstaller from the control panel.  i also did the second part of the wiki:

"Go to Temp Folder (C:\Users\*YOUR USERNAME*\AppData\Local\Temp\), delete everything in this folder.

Go to 'C:\Users\*YOUR USERNAME*\AppData\Roaming' delete the 'PCDR' folder.

Make sure Dell Support Center is not in the programs and features list."

nothing has worked so far, i keep getting the error about the javascript...

yes, sir.  version 6, update 26.  it's really weird that i've only had this issue since the last update of the support center.  is there a way to download version 2.0?

Scott,

Dell Support Center 2.0 is no longer supported. I didn't use Dell Support Center 2.0. It was accidentally uninstalled with my printer patch, along with other Dell programs.
