Dell Support Center Updates

Question

I don't really know how this happened, but dell support center updates pops up once in a while and then an error comes up saying it can't be installed because a previous version is installed.  So I tried uninstalling Dell Support Center but it doesn't let me because I'm apparently missing dsc3_x64.msi. I either want to update it or just remove it but I don't know what to do. Oh and this is a XPS 15 laptop, with W7 x64.

From what I understand, Dell Support is different from Dell Support Center, so that page does not really help much.

Then use Internet Explorer and go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag number and download the drivers you need, in your browser.

Dell Support Center is something different. Dell Support Center Wont Load...
