Dell Support link doesn't work from Support page

Dell 2350, xp pro, ie6.

Start, help and support, under Dell online is a link to Dell Support.  When I click on it, I get the following error:

Client application framework.exe

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x115c(4444), Thread id=0x117c(4476)

When I try to let the machine debug...it says JIT debugger not available.

It's not the end of the world, but am curious to why this is happening.  The other links in that section work fine.  I did have a problem Sunday with the Dell automatic update, but don't remember what exactly happened.  Sorry.  Maybe connected?  Thank you.

Don't worry you're not missing anything!!! DELL Support doesn't work no matter how you try to contact them!!!
