Dell System Restore & XP Hardcopy

Question

Hi everyone.....   Sorry to appear so computer illiterate but as its a weekend and Dell support isnt open, can anyone tell me if Dell would still provide a hardcopy of XP Media Centre 2005 even though my computer is supposed to have the Dell Sys Restore, as using Ctrl + F11 does not work. I have tried many times.   I have also followed the links to accessing this using DSRfix but it seems completely over my head and I also do not have a floppy drive.   Any help would be most welcome.   Thank You.   P.S. For the record, Xp is working fine but I cannot access Media Centre Edition 2005 at all as there is a fatal execution error and I can only think that it needs reinstalling. All worked fine until I tried to upgrade to a digital TV card which was supposed to be compatible with MCE2005.
