Dell's PC Checkup Utility does not work
I am trying to run ?Dell's PC Checkup utility with IE (I have Firefox installed but not trying to do it through that browser).
I get past the activeX install page, and it seems to start checking, but then... nothing. After about 15 minutes, the page is unchanged (title "Checking computer environment", "please wait..." displayed about halfway down the page). There is no sign of communication or harddrive activity.

What do I need to do to get this utility to run? Can I run another version of it outside the IE environment?
