Reading all the posts on the site here I would say that they are probably over run with traffic.

Any updates with the vistaupgrad , its still DOWN and not SLOW :-O

I hear ya budy, maybe they should take care of the business at hand first before they start selling comps with vista already installed. I feel like I got HOSED. And, whats this ? Its not even the real deal. PPl just ordering it now are getting it with vista installed already. On the forum I read about ppl already downloading Vista, I cant even get it to recognize my Service Tag.Been trying for weeks. When I contacted DELL,Still nothing.When will this site be up and running? At least give some info as to whats happening. I see all these DELL ppl on the forum but nobody knows nothing, no one posting any news on whats happening. I feel like a mushroom. You know keept in the dark and fed lots of manure.

You would think a big company like DELL would be prepared for this. Do they not know how many computers they sold since 10/26/06. Did they not realise this is the hottest thing since sliced bread.Someone at DELL should be fired. Now they are selling computers with vista already installed. How about satisfying the paid customers first. DJleathal.

Well, if they would inform us with correct info I would be happy. I saw something about 1. Feb 4 PM GMT, but again there is just "dead end". And no information about the progress or when we can hope to have that Vista Upgr. Service back.
