Differences between Windows 8RT and Windows8
One of the perceived cons I have with Windows 8 RT is that you cannot install software ... that everything has to be bought and downloaded via a Microsoft store.
Is this true?
Is this also the case with windows 8?

Hi Tia,
Programs built for mouse and keyboard that run in the classic Windows desktop environment would not work on Windows RT.
