All the drivers for your system are available through the Downloads tab above the forum. Since you are using a 4100, it is entirely possible that some of the drivers there are more recent that those provided on the Resource CD with the computer when it was built.
Yeah, I am aware of the drivers.... there seems to be many different drivers for each component. I spent 2hrs trying to get network drivers to work, it turned out that I wasn't even using the right mfg of driver for the card. I just wanted to save me some down time. It is hard to tell what the actual component is before you get it on the network.
