Dimension 4600 Driver Problems

hey i just restored windows on my pc and like always XP didn't pick up my video and network drivers.  So i got that taken care of and now everytime i turn on my computer instead of just goin through the normal process to turn on, it asks me which OS i want to run.  The thing is they both are Windows XP..... So that bugs.... but now i go to either one (it doesn't matter) then it goes to the main desktop picture but the folder "SYSTEM32" automatically pops up.  I mean this isn't too much of a problem but it would be SO much better if it would start the way it used to!  How do i fix this???  Does this have something to do with my startup options? (Like if i went into "msconfig")  My computer only has system pack 1.  That couldn't the problem, could it? Well THANKS to whoever helps me out on this on!!!!!!!!!!

First of all you have installed a second copy of XP instead of just restoring
Since you have just done this restore, I`d advise you to do it again, properly this time

If you still need a fix for System32
Go to Start|Run|type msconfig and click OK.
On the startup tab, look for /L:ENG.  If found, uncheck it.  That entry is associated with the SB Audigy 2.

To remove the entry from the Startup tab go to Start|All Programs|Creative|Sound Blaster|Audigy 2|Welcome Message.  Check “Do not show this again.”

If it is not that try this
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
Line 260. click on "System32 Folder Opens Upon Boot" (right hand side)

Download .vbs file and save it to your hard drive (you may want to right click and use Save Target As).  Double click  the vbs file. You will be prompted when the script is done.
