Disabling Redirect feature

Does anyone know how to disable or remove the redirect DELL feature that sends you to the _____ing GOOGLE search page?

Supposedly this happens when there is an error entering the address desired or the site is not accessed immediately.

I am using Windows XP

Thanks

Try uninstalling via Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs, anything that resembles one of these:

Google Toolbar
URL Assistant
Google AFE
Browser Address Error Redirector (or BAE, or BAE.DLL)
AFE
redirector
assistant
CBrowserHelperObject

Joe, thanks.  That annoying feature has been removed, but I am still unable to download the update that I had been attempting when I encountered that redirect.  Any ideas here?  The standard error page appears indicating that it could be due to: typing error, site problems or connectivity issues.  It does not appear that any of those are the problem, however.
