Disk Check Error Help

Question

I was having issues with my computer Freezing and then the monitor going black and not getting a signal but my desktop was powered and HD running so I ran a disk check and it came up with two errors something about my video card can anyone give me some input?   Error Signature   BC Code: ea     BCPI: 8A50C02X     BCP2: 8A34511X     BCP3: 8A38FFBX BCP4:00000001     OSVer: 5_1_2600     sp: 2_10     Product 256_1   and   C:docume~1\muneses\locals~1	emp\wer2Fa2.dir00\mini011708-01.dmp C:docume~1\muneses\locals~1	emp\wer2Fa2.dir00\sysdata.xml     Since it mentioned my video card I went and downloaded new drivers for my 128MB ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO from dell.com I hope that worksif anyone can make any sense of the above I would appreciate it!
