disk cleaunup, temp file, defrag multiple user accounts

Question

If I run the disk cleanup or defrag on my administrator account do I also have to go into the other 3 users and run it? I do have to empty cookies and temporary files on all users right? I have searched the dell based questions and I am still unsure. Also what about all of my security programs such as Spybot, ad-aware, etc?  Thank-you for your time.

melmcbee, Defrag from the administrator account is sufficient, but disk cleanup should be run from within each account.
