Disk Partition

Recently replaced hard drive and reloaded Vista. I've noticed I no longer have the D drive partition for backup. How do I partition the new disk drive?

Thanks

The link that madhur gave you has info on how to do this.  You mentioned wanting a D: partition for "backup".  Just know that if your hard drive dies, your backup goes with it.  It would be better to store backups on a separate hard drive.
