Diskette drive 0 seek failure for Dimension C521

Question

I was doing a Dell System Mirror Restore when the power was interrupted, it had started the operation and had been going for about 30 secs or so before the power problem. After it restarts, it shows the logo screen and a message reading 'Diskette drive 0 seek failure'.  This is a new one on me. Does anyone have solution to this.Model: Dell Dimension C521OS: Windows Vista

gibnetser, Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum. Try going into the bios and set the floppy drive to off if it is on.
