Display problem on Latitude D620

I have a Latitude D620 with the nVidia Quadro NVS 256MB video card.  Aero features are enabled and working pretty well.  The only problem I've been having is with docking my laptop (in my Dell Docking station/port replicator)...when I dock for the first time in the morning, either from a cold boot or standby, after logging on, the video reverts to the laptop display (which is closed and in the docking station).  I have to undock, open the laptop, close it (to get it to go into standby) and then redock...then the video is displayed on my dock's external flat panel monitor...albeit at the wrong resolution. When I log in again, the resolution is correctly detected and all works well...until I undock and re dock the next day.

I did recently get a video driver update from windows update, but it didn't fix the problem.  Any ideas?  I'm using bios A06, is it a bios compatibility issue with vista and dell port replicators?  Is it just a video driver problem I'm going to have to live with?  Is anyone at Dell aware of the issue?

Other than that, Vista works pretty well, and I'm pretty happy with the upgrade...

In case anyone is interested, I'm using video driver version: 7.15.10.9746

I've been using Vista since pre-Beta 2 on my D620 with the Nvidia video card and things are now better than ever :) I do not have that many problems left but sometimes the screens (both laptop and external) are black and unrecoverable when I plug in my laptop to the D/Port!! Besides from that the screen resolutions are adjusting as they should! :)

During the betaprogram I reported all video related issues accordingly and I think that Nvidia are aware of the problems, let's just wait and see!
