Is the computer a member of a domain, or just a regular system?
If it is on a domain, you need to fix the user account on the domain controller.
If this is not on a domain, you added "Administrators" to the member of, not just "Administrator"? One is plural and the other is not. The one that is NOT plural is just the user, whereas the one that IS plural is the Admin group, which is what you need, the whole group.
