Dll Error message//Please help!!!!!

I just tried to plug in and install a midi to usb cord but everytime I plug the usb in, I get an message saying "run a dll has encountered a problem and may need to close". How do I fix this problem?

you can probably try installing the drivers for the midi and this might resolve.. if it didn't then please let me know about it and i can check on other options as well

if you are able to find the dll file that is missing or causin the error, you can find that file online and have it downloaded on your computer.... else reinstalling the OS will certainly resolve the issue as this is an advanced OS problem and can be fixed only when the dll file causing error or not avaialble is specified.... if you are not able to find the specified dll file, it is better to reinstall the os .... P.S : not to forget to back up the data, before reinstalling the os...
