Not in the box, unless ordered specifically with it when configured on the website. You usually have to contact Dell to request an actual DVD disk.

Other than the "installed" version? Yes, there is a Recovery "Partition" from which you an restore your PC to factory condition - just like the first time you powered it on. This is why recovery/reinstallation disks are no longer included with PC's.

No, there's not. The product keys are not tracked by either Microsoft or Dell, so there is no recovery once it has rubbed off. Best practice is to write it down and store for safe keeping.

Also, if a Dell reinstall disk is used (same OS as original) the key will not be needed.

I can use a Dell xp home sp1 cd if my original OS is xp home sp2.
Is that right???
