Drive Name

I did a complete restore on my computer a few weeks ago with the help of Dell telephone support.  When we were all done, I noticed the name of my "C" drive was now "G".  It really hasn't been a big deal until now.  I went to download updates for my printer and it said that there wasn't enough room on my "C" drive.  My "C" drive is the removable disk.  There is no way to change the update.  Is there a way to change the drive names without having to redo my whole computer again???  I have a Dell 8200.
