Driver causes random restarts
Well, I installed a fresh copy of windows and downloaded new drivers. I deleted my old drivers.
Now my Inspiron 1520 keeps random restarting, in games, while surfing the internet, watching a movie... It happens about, 4 to 6 times a day. I see a bluescreen for about 1 second and then it restarts.
A few days ago, with my old drivers for Windows XP that was not the case. Every time the system boots up, after such a restart, I send an error report to Microsoft and Microsft tells me after that that the problem is caused by a driver that stops Windows.
Is this problem common?
This is the first time that I have actually downloaded drivers from Windows Update (wireless LAN and webcam). I got only Vista drivers with this notebook.
If you can't help, then I'll have to download and downgrade all drivers to old versions, of whome all but one are working fine.
Please give me some advice.
