Umm... it's fairly important that you know which display adapter you have installed, since, if you install the wrong drivers, you're liable to wind up with more problems that you started with.  I'd suggest clearing that issue up first, and proceeding from there.  If you don't have the original paperwork for the system, use the Technical Support button above, then the "Original System Configuration" tool to see what was installed.  Bear in mind that some low end display adapters just don't work worth a hoot in conjunction with graphic intensive games (as is noted at the support sites for most of these games, along with all the other system requirements), but you're not going to be able to reach too many other conclusions until you figure out what you have installed and get the proper drivers on there.

Do you have an Inspiron 4500, or, as one of your earlier posts suggests, a Dimension 4500?  If Dimension, go to the link below.  Click on/expand Video Adapter, choose your video card and see if there are newer drivers available.

Yea it was the deminsion. I downloaded the Nvidia 64MB, but i still have the problem. Im pretty shure thats the stock video card in the diminsion 4500, but i don't know why it doesn't work. Icons on my desktop are different, is there anything else im missing?

BELARC ADVISOR is a download that will tell you the exact components on your system.i believe you can locate the program at downloads.com or cnet.com.....lol
