Try installing the drivers in a particular order.

I have provided a link below which would help you in installing the drivers in correct order:

I have also provided a link below for WIN 7 32 bit drivers for LATITUDE E6420:

thanks for your response, I solved the problem but partially.

still modem (the driver say no peripheral found)

This means that I don't have a modem device in my E6420 even if in the BIOS I have modem enabled ?

This means that I have 3 peropherals not recegnized.
