DrvmCD8 and Diagnostic Traces

I have a  dilemma not unlike many people in the forum.  It starts with one thing that happens that does not work correctly so wandering fingers and mis-guided thoughts which are led by either a friend that thinks they know what they are doing, or by many who should know how and have had some long time experience on computers assisting a person that never ran across a persistant irritation like a program that has gone awry, but puts their two cents in and complicates the matter.

Many times one finds that the difficulty lies that the operator of the system is just too close to the action to give a real objective  thought to it due to frustration and the mindset that they just want it to work..

I find myself in many dilemmas during any given year even though I have been using a computer as far back as the Vic 20 by Commodore and their tape drives that took months if not years to search and load.   I have been at it a long time.. and I plead ignorant to many misfortunes that fall upon my computers... many still sitting idly by while I scrimp and save to purchase another because I gave up on the system that is irritating me.

So with that history and the dilemma that has fallen upon me now and I will write that it is probably the easiest / most simpliest thing to fix.. I must say I listened to a friend over the telephone when this started.. without writing the actions down to reverse the procedure and with months passed I am tired of looking at it and going through the process .. how does one de-activate :

DRVMCD8   and    Diagnostic  Traces   from appearing each time on boot up?  I have been told that it belongs to 'ssdiagn' and the screens that appear are below.  However I do have a problem from what I can see with the one that mentions 'Uninstall'  .. how do I fix this? Argh!! Also, how does one shut the darn thing off ?   I have checked through msconfig.. nothing unusual as well as it is on 'normal boot' .. dilemma at its finest I am afraid.
