ehRecvr.exe gone crazy

Question

ehRecvr.exe, as indicated by the windows task manager consums 50% of my 3.2GHz cpu and continues to consume memory. At this moment it is at 291,732K (That's 1/4 of my 1G of memory). Eventually it will stop and hang and then sent a report to microsoft with the following info... C:\DOCUME~1\David\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4b34.dir00\ehrecvr.exe.mdmp C:\DOCUME~1\David\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4b34.dir00\appcompat.txt Then after a few minutes the ehrecvr service will restart and do it all over again. I left the system running last night and I had countless instances of this failure. Also note that Media Center isn't even running. I've also updated the Emuzed Angel capture card drivers and no change in the symptoms. Firewall and Antivirus are all up to date. Media Center will run and I can watch TV for about 15 minutes before it dies. However, the video device will remain unavailable until I reboot. Any help will be appreciated.
