End program BJCFD on shutdown ?

I get a message 'END PROGRAM BJCFD' at shutdown on my dell dimension 2400, I wait for it and it does not respond. What program is this and what can I do about this?

Do you have a Canon printer installed.  That 'BJ' sounds like a Canon 'Bubble Jet' printer file.  If this is the case, reinstall the Canon software and see if that fixes it.

I think BJCFD refers to Broad Jump Client Foundation and is related to your ISP provider's interface or program.  Look in your C drive in program files and/or common files to verify it's presence.  Good luck.
