Error 1610

Question

I get 'error 1610 the configuration data is corrupt' when trying to install update from iTunes they said it is a computer problem. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? thanks Ben

They said it's a computer problem? How insightful!! That must mean it's not a toaster problem or a refrigerator problem.
