Error code 0xC0000185

Without installation media you are done forever.

Hard Drive is likely bad.  There is no advice.

Data if any from old drive would be recovered via USB DOCK .

You need OEM WIN10 DVD and NEW Hard Drive.

Thank you for a swift reply, so a win 10 did, and installing a new hard drive, may do the trick.

In in Scotland,  its a dell inspiring, any recommendations for the hard drive
