Error copying files or folders

Question

I recently started having trouble trying to move pictures to my memory stick.  No matter how I try to copy them I get an error message 'the directory of file cannot be created' - HELP!!!

Have you tried formatting it through ' My Computer ' ?   That might correct it..

I honestly have no idea..  I was trying to find a solution for you so I entered 'cannot load photo / memory stick' into google, and there were numerous mentionings about 'formatting it'. I've never ran in to that particular problem, but I thought I'd mention it to you in case it helped.
