Have you recently installed Roxio Easy CD Creator. The problem appears to be with one of the files associated with this program suite. You might want to look at the discussion at:
Did you recently install a "UDF" reader for the CD drives? or did you install any additional CD burning software? e.g. If you have the Sonic Record Now that comes with many Dell's, it has the "DLA" program with is a UDF formatting CD program - if you installed another CD burning program such as Nero or Roxio, which also comes with a UDF program that would cause a conflict as only one UDF program can be installed. Nero's UDF program is "InCD" and Roxio's is either "Direct CD" or "Drag to Disc" depending on the Roxio version.
