error in vxd

when trying to play pogo games i get error in vxd nis i believe it said..then my internet explorer when trying to click on a ling goes to blank page and stays there..please help or let me know what info u need to help..I've just reformatted my computer with help from dell by phone..i've reinstalled msn messenger and yahoo..when trying to go into both at same time i get signed off then wont let me sign back on until i've rebooted my system

 

the error reads:  exception 06 at 0028:0000000b in vxd called from 0028:c00103b4 in vxd ndis (01)+005b30

 

I'm running windows me and dimension l933r

 

I've spoken to someone who had me install a new video driver and it did not solve the problem
