'error loading newdev.dll, invalid access to memory location'

Question

please help i am not able to hook my phone up to mu usb because it comes up with that error message ^^. please i need help, my explorer has stopped running also and when i scan my comp. it doesn't come up with anything, and i try system restore but when it reboots my computer nothing happens.^_^
