ERROR: LoadLibrary ['C:\Program'] failed Get last error returns 0x00000485

Question

I had to have Windows ME reinstalled on my computer.  Now I am putting Microsoft Works Suite back and most of it works now except Picture It! Publishing.  I rec'd the error A required file (openscn5dll) is missing. I have  copied the file from the CD and replaced the one on the hard drive and have then gone on to register it using the following: Regsvr32 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Picture It! PhotoPub\Openscn5.dll After I do this I get the following error LoadLibrary ['C:\Program'] failed  Get last error returns 0x00000485 Can you help me with this? I can't open some of the  attachments in my Outlook Express either would this have something to do with it?

Outlook Express Attachment - they are sort of dull and nothing happens at all.  I just click on them and nothing happens.  Any help?   Gwen

I'm not really too worried about the attachments at the moment, can you tell me what that error means?

One of the attachments was a website and the other showed an envelope but could not open either one.
