I'm going to assume the file you are mentioning is: MSA64CHK.dll. The information about this file indicates that is spyware related and can be removed with the appropriate spyware scanning and removal. I  recommend running spyware scans, if you need help on that, the Virus Scan/Spyware forum has some great information on how to deal with spyware. If you can't find the answer there, then one of the folks on the forum I'm sure would be willing to help you out with it.

Thanks for the info  but it appears it`s not spy ware, Have run a progam called Spybot -  Search & Destroy 1.3  It found a number of spy ware on system and removed them but problem still there. Going back to when problem started I had run virus scan with macafee and it found 1.) trojan / exploit- by teverify and 2.) program dialer - 239. macafee had history on the trojan but nothing on the dialer 239  send them both to trash bin.

Check in the C:\Windows\system32 folder to see if the file is there. If it isn't it is probably just that the command to load it at startup is still in the registry, and as the file is missing, you get the error message. (Note: to make sure you can see the file, in Windows Explorer or My computer, Tools menu, folder options, view tab, check show hidden files and folders, uncheck hide extensions for known file types, uncheck hide protected system files, click OK or yes on the warning message, click apply, OK).

Use Msconfig to remove the entry from startups.

Click start, run, type msconfig, click OK. In the Configuration screen that opens, click the startup tab, look for the entry that starts that file, uncheck it. Restart. You will get a screen that says you are in selective mode. If the error message does not appear, you've cleared the right entry: mcheck the box on that screen selective mode message. Next time you restart you will be back in mormal mode.
