Error message: Cannot Find resource file
When I start up my computer this error message pops up:
"Cannot Find Resource File"
I recently had a virus on my computer, so I was trying to delete unwanted software.
How do I correct this, and what can I do to stop this from happening?
Thanks

What I did was go to Run & type in msconfig. It is something in your startup menu that you need to remove.
It had something to do with Netsurf.
Good luck!

Thanks, Tifster...I didn't know if you were still following this subject.
I did remove several startup items via msconfig, but still get the message. Any other ideas? I will continue my search :smileymad:
Thanks again....

Sorry that did not work.
It has to be something on your computer. Try to go in your programs from the start menu & delete what you do not use (I also had to delete Netsurf there)
I know don't you hate when the error msg still shows?!
