Error Message Need Help!!!

Question

ok I have more info on my problem. I tried another System Restore and it worked, it did restore but when i log in with my account my wallpaper appears and then nothing it freezes, the desktop doesn't show up. Now, when i log in with the other account (which is not an administrator account) here is the message error i'm getting.

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\GAKCSP.DLL

A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Then, i got this message: Run-Time error '5' Invalid procedure call or argument.

Can anyone help me with that? Why is nothing happening when i log in with my account and how can i fix these error messages.

Thanks for the link, but i don't really see where it's written that it's the same problem as mine and that it should be what needs to be done to correct it. And i wouldn't be ableto do all that since my account is not working anymore so i can't log in in safe mode and the other account is not an administrator account so it's limited and i couldn't do all those steps.
