Error Message Run.DLL

Hi, I have an Inspirion 600m and when i log in with mu user account i get an error message saying it could not load C://System32.Run.DLL (I don't remember it exactly but it's something like that). Then when i close the message the computer just freezes and nothing happens anymore, like the icons of the desktop don't come up and stuff. I tried to run a System Restore under Safe Mode but i got the same result. I have another account on my computer and this one works except that it is not an administrator account so it is limited. And also i have lot of pop-ups when i use that account. So i used Ad-Aware under this account, to try to erase whatever was wrong but at the end of the scan it give me a whole list of files which couldn't be removed and asks me if I want Ad-Aware to remove it at the next start up but the same thing happens when i do it again. I really don't know what to do. Could anyone please guide me on what i am suppose to do to make this computer work again.

Thanks.

Thanks. But i don't remember my administrator unfortunately. So is there anyways i can retrieve it? And secondly even if i can log in as an administrator what can i do to fix that run.dll problem which is not allowing me to start my computer. I know it probably infected but i don't know how to get it cleaned.

Isn't there really any other way to make this work without re-installing Windows XP?

ok I have more info on my problem. I tried another System Restore and it worked, it did restore but when i log in with my account my wallpaper appears and then nothing it freezes, the desktop doesn't show up. Now, when i log in with the other account (which is not an administrator account) here is the message error i'm getting.

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\GAKCSP.DLL

A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Then, i got this message: Run-Time error '5' Invalid procedure call or argument.

Can anyone help me with that? Why is nothing happening when i log in with my account and how can i fix these error messages.
