Error Message When Clicking on Email Links

When clicking on webpage email links I receive the following message:

"Error loading
C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNSharefiles\MAILMAPI.DLL
The specified module could not be found"

Up until a few days ago, clicking on these links would have brought up Outlook Express.

Any suggestions?
