Error Message when i start my computer

Question

Hi, I get two Error message's when i start when computer.The first one says 00004995.exe - Unable to locate component    EGNSEngine.dll was not found. and the second one says WJView Error Error; Could not execute Main; The system cannot find the file specified. Can someone help me get rid of the error message's and tell what they mean? Im using a Dell 8200 with Windows xp running Thanks

Those errors pertain to spyware that is on your computer. Download and run Adaware http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=506 or Spybot http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=2471 Pamela

Start out by deleting EVERYTHING that Adaware finds. I believe you can safely delete everything that Spybot shows in RED, but I don't commonly use that program.

ddeerrff is correct. Items in red are preselected for deletion and can be safely removed. In the event any problems arise as a result of deletions, Spybot has a Recovery section which can be used to restore anything deleted that should be replaced.
