Error Message when loading Windows XP

My windows XP decided to quit working.  It will run and run when I turn the computer on and go to log in but when it gets done running an error message pops up:  Instruction@OxffbaddII referenced memory at OxffbaddII. Memory could not be reached.  Problem preventing Windows from accurately checking license for this computer.  Error code ox800703e7.  I use this computer for my college and am a very busy mom as well so any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.  I don't have any type of recovery disc and didn't know if I would have to go and purchase another Windows XP - figured I would start here first.

I have never seen this exact message but looks like windows when loading is trying to go to a web address or looks more like an email address. Might be spyware or a virus. But boot the computer in the safe mood without networking and do that by tapping the F8 key until you get several options. See if it will load the safe mood ok. Video will look terrible but that is normal. If you can run a scan of the system for a virus if you have a program for that. You can also select start>run and type in msconfig, then select ok. Look under services and startup for anything listed that is close for this address. If you find it uncheck the box and select apply and then restart the computer. This message you are getting is not part of windows.

Try Last Known Good on F8 menu before XP starts to load.
