Error Message "Windows - No Disk"

Running a Dell XPS 400 with Windows XP Media Center Edition SP2. I am getting an error window that will not go away. The title on the window is "Windows - No Disk." The message is "Exception Processing Message

c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c." Most programs still working but slower.

Lots of possible causes, apparently. Some suggestions to fix are here. There are 3 pages to this thread, so read all of them. Hitman Pro (see link in the thread) seems to help some people with the problem.

Try taking Corel out of your startup using msconfig.
