Error Message with Microsoft .NET Framework

Error Message with Microsoft .NET Framework Help with Error Message. When I startup my laptop. Then I hit cancel repeatedly because it keeps popping up. Eventually I get this error message from Microsoft .NET Framework. Is there any solution that can support. Thx An unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. Click continue and application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. With to two options, Details or continue. I click continue repeatedly however the error message still won't go away. The only way i can rid of this is to open up Windows task manager and end task. Please, help.
