On the message asking to report the error to Microsoft there should be a link to view the details of the error report. Click on that link, read the first part of the error report and report the AppName and ModName inovolved in the error. The error is coming from your anitvirus software, but the AppName and ModName will perhaps provide more information that you can use to search the web site of you antivirus software.
