Error Message

Question

Hello, I keep getting this error message on the front of my computer when I first get on.   xulkxhb.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Does anyone know what this means and how to correct the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.   One other thing, how do you delete a software title that is still listed in add and remove programs, but nothing else having to do with the program is on the computer? That looks like a random file name. Have you scanned for spyware, viruses and other malware lately?
