Error Message

Hello, I keep getting this error message on the front of my computer when I first get on.

 

xulkxhb.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Does anyone know what this means and how to correct the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

One other thing, how do you delete a software title that is still listed in add and remove programs, but nothing else having to do with the program is on the computer? Thank you in advance for your help and I'll look back on the board later. Have a great day.
