Error message

If I go to dell applications, support, and then support again from the green start button and click, I get the following error message:
 
Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7926fcd8)
ok
The box appears twice and then I get this:
 
Just-In-Time Debugging

Possible Debuggers

I would suggest you reinstall Dell Support. You can download it from support.dell.com.

I have a dell support and a dell support 3.2.1. Which one do I want to uninstall, prior to downloading again? Both?

Now I get a two new error messages
 
DNGen.exe - Application Error
  The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
 
ClientApplicationFramework.exe - Application error
  The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
